i was wondering if there is a way that i can run a code that is on an external file (or a textbox in the application) using VB.NET,

like, if i had a  file (or a textbox) that has "dim x as integer" and the file (or text) was loaded, then, in runtime, a new variable will be assigned named (x), like having a code that is already stored on an external file..
